Our Essentials Program is a 3 session introductory program with each session lasting 1 hour. These sessions are run over a week period with three sessions per week.
Group Beginner "Essentials" Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 6:30pm.
YOU MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT BEFORE STARTING or choose your times with 3- One on One Private sessions for $99.
Our Essentials Program is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general group classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. In this program, you will learn how to move safely, efficiently and effectively so that upon completion you will have a full understanding on the nine fundamental movements in CrossFit. Our beginner class sizes are limited to no more than 5 people, which lends itself to a more personal environment. Each session will include a short workout so come prepared to learn, have fun & get your sweat on.
This is for individuals that wish to work one on one with an elite coach. Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or just want that individual specialized attention, this will be the program that is designed for you.

Monthly – $60
Nutrition is the key to any weight loss and/or strength and conditioning program. You will need to fuel your body properly to achieve the results you desire. The best way to know what is going on with your diet is to track what you are eating so you we can look back. You get an initial 30 minute consulation session along with body fat and measurements and three 15 minute follow up consultation sessions to be used within the month.
Month-to-Month – $190 Monthly Auto Debit
Six Month Program – $170 Monthly Auto Debit
Six Month- $950 Paid In Full
Twelve Month – $1850 Paid In Full

Unlimited and Limited Training is in a group class setting that will be instructed by an elite coach and all athletes will be going through the Strength and WOD (Workout Of the Day) together. Our coaches focus on the mechanics of movements and instruct you in proper technique during each class. When an individual is proficient at any movements is when our coaches will push you just outside of your comfort zone to help you reach your full potential as an athlete (yes, you). Each class in approximately 1 hour in duration.
Family Plan/Add On Rates – $160
This is for spouses or children and must billed on the same card. Cannot be combined with any other discounted rate.
Are you in town for a few days and want to get a few workouts in at CrossFit Insanity? Experienced CrossFitters that are visiting the Orange County or Irvine area from out of town and need a box to train at, please give us a call or send us an email about dropping in to one of our classes. As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated CrossFit Gym, you can drop in to ANY of our CrossFit Classes.

We require that clients must give 14 day notice of contract cancellation by Email:

(save the email as a record of cancellation) at least 14 days from the prepaid month. If notification of cancellation is not received within the 14 days before the debit date, the following month will be billed and not refunded.
There are no holds for six or twelve month contracts including Paid In Full Contracts. No exceptions.
Any month to month contracts will be assessed a $25 per Month Hold Fee if requested with a 14 day notice prior to hold.
