35 Double Unders
7 Deadlifts (275/185) *Touch and Go
Notes: If you have less than 10 consecutive double unders, then change the reps to 21. All Deadlifts should be UNBROKEN Touch and Go. You should be able to complete all of these movements under 3 minutes, however if you fall behind, complete the round you are on and rest the remainder of the next round.
