30 min AMRAP of:
15 Cal Bike
12 Cal Row
9 Pull-Ups
Notes: Each athlete must complete an entire movement. Each round you can change movements as rounds progress. if athlete 1 completes the bike then athlete 2 must complete the row and athlete 3 completes all the pull-ups they can choose to change [or not] to any order the following round.
