1) The 2018 CrossFit Open 18.4 workout will be announced today at 5pm! On Friday, all morning & afternoon classes will be doing 18.4.

Reminder that all of our night classes from 4:30pm - 7:30pm will be run like a mini competition!

(min 3) 10 x 10 m Shuttle Runs

Notes: No movement should take longer then :40 seconds; if so, modify by reducing the reps.
