Announcements:
1) We are in the final two weeks of January for the Burpee Challenge. There is still plenty of time to get all 1,000 done so hold yourself, your buddy and classmate accountable for getting this challenge completed.
2) It's the start of Week 2 for the Nutrition Challenge! Let's continue to make those healthy choices and give our body all that it truly needs.
3) We have Yoga this upcoming Sunday @ 10am. It is great for everyone - beginners, weekend warriors, and those needing an extra stretch!
