Announcements:
1) The 2018 CrossFit Open begins on February 22nd. It is a 5 week world wide online competition that affiliates around the world participate in every year. A new workout will be released each week for 5 consecutive weeks.
We are encouraging all of our athletes to register! It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete. All workouts can be scaled and modified.
Starting on Friday, February 23rd, all of our night classes from 4:30pm - 7:30pm will be run like a mini competition!
