EMOM For Max Load:

Start with an empty barbell and Snatch as long as possible

once you can no longer Snatch the weight Clean for as long as possible.

once you can no longer Clean the weight Deadlift for as long as possible.

Notes: Every minute perform 1 lift and add (10lbs men); (5lbs women) each lift. *If men have over 185lb snatch add 20lbs or Women over a 95lb snatch add 10lbs per minute
