Announcements:

1. There will no longer be Yoga on Monday evenings at 7:30pm….but it’s still being offered on Saturday at 8:30am!

2. We are removing the 7:30pm class on Wednesday’s from our schedule beginning this week! Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

3. Samantha has to cancel several Saturday Yoga sessions this month due to conflicts.

Notes: partner A must complete the entire first workout (15-12-9 of burpee box jump over & 150 m row) then partner B will do the same first workout as soon as partner A finishes. Upon partner B completing the entire reps/meters of the first workout, partner A will then start the second workout of 12-9-6 and the same pattern will continue.
