1) Get in an extra stretch, gain flexibility and help your body recover with Yoga being held every Monday at 7:30pm and every Saturday at 8:15am.

2) This Saturday, February 21st is the Winter Shakedown Team Competition where we have two teams of four athletes competing locally. Come on out to CrossFit Tustin, located at 2682 Walnut Aveune, Tustin, CA 92780 to see Matt Jacobsen, Coach Dave, Coach Foster, Ryan Brill, Courtney Neujhar, Michelle Miller, Kohlby Rockenmacher, and Stephanie Ellis compete.

Notes: You will be in teams of 3 for this workout. Modification for Muscle-Ups in this workout will be 30 pull-ups/30 ring dips where each individual will have to do the same number of pull-ups and ring dips. The Snatch will be any way (Ground to Overhead) as long as the bar starts on the ground and you finish locked out overhead with hips, knees and arms extended.
