Announcements:

1) Is your New Year’s Resolution to start getting your lifestyle diet back on track from the holidays? Our 8 week Resolution Nutrition Challenge will begin on February 2nd and end on March 27th. Athletes will need to sign up for this challenge the week of January 26th – January 30th as all measurements and handouts will be taken/given this week only. The first benchmark workout will be released this Saturday on Facebook. The cost is $20 for all participants.

2) Come join us tonight to get in an extra stretch, gain flexibility and help your body recover with Yoga being held every Monday @ 7:30pm and every Saturday @ 8:15am.
