Happy Birthday Molly Hartsough!


1) Yoga is every Saturday at 8:15am. This is a great way to stretch those sore muscles and gain more mobility and flexibility!

A vigorous Power Vinyasa flow with attention to detail in alignment and body mechanics. Various breathing techniques and stretching of injury prone areas are incorporated in the practice and a well-deserved rest at the end! All levels welcome – beginners, weekend warriors and Crossfit powerhouses!

2) Saturday, December 13th: NLI “The Final Series” Competition

Come on out to cheer on our fellow athletes, David Castro and Leo Nolivakio! This is the third and final competition that will a series style competition. The event kicks off at 8am and ends at 5pm.

3) Sunday, December 14th: Friends and Family Day Class @ 10am

Last month’s Friends and Family Day was a great success and we had a nice turn out. We are looking forward to another fun filled day giving your friends and family the experience that is CrossFit Insanity!
Remember that everything is scalable and we will modify for all involved to have a fun workout.
