Announcements:

1. Get in an extra stretch, gain flexibility and help your body recover with Yoga being held every Monday at 7:30pm. There will be NO Yoga this Saturday, May 23rd.

2. We will be CLOSED this Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24! Come join us out at the Del Mar Fairgrounds for Regionals!

3. On Monday, May 25 we will be running one class at 9am ONLY! All other classes have been CANCELLED so come join in with our 5th annual Memorial Day “Murph” WOD!! If you have a weight vest, be sure to bring it in.
