Announcements:

1) Is your New Year’s Resolution to start getting your lifestyle diet back on track from the holidays? Our 8 week Resolution Nutrition Challenge will begin on February 2nd and end on March 27th. Athletes will need to sign up for this challenge the week of January 26th – January 30th as all measurements and handouts will be taken/given this week only. The first benchmark workout will be released this Saturday on Facebook. The cost is $20 for all participants.

2) Come support our Master Athletes this Saturday, January 24th as they compete at the Winter Wod Fest 2015 from 10am to 3pm. Our Team: Jami, David, Curt, and Judy are very excited for this competition and are excited for our support.
