Announcements:

1) Big THANKS to our community for coming out to support all of our athletes that competed yesterday in the Dynamic Duo and to #JudgeNoRep, Alex Hurston for judging at this competition. Athletes, you all had moments of inspiration during the workouts and forged ahead when it got tough. THANKS to all of you for putting your best out there and making this box shine! TeamJulie, Thank you both for getting everyone shirts to help raise awareness to our communities loss of an amazing athlete, Julie Garrity, through her battle with Small Cell Ovarian Cancer.

2) Yoga is every Saturday at 8:15am. This is a great way to stretch those sore muscles and gain more mobility and flexibility!

  • A vigorous Power Vinyasa flow with attention to detail in alignment and body mechanics. Various breathing techniques and stretching of injury prone areas are incorporated in the practice and a well-deserved rest at the end! All levels welcome – beginners, weekend warriors and Crossfit powerhouses!
