Announcements:

1. Get in an extra stretch, gain flexibility and help your body recover with Yoga being held every Monday at 7:30pm. There will be NO Yoga this Saturday, May 23rd.

2. We will be CLOSED this Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24! Come join us out at the Del Mar Fairgrounds for Regionals!

CrossFit WOD

FT:

1 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

2 Burpree Over Bar

3 Power Snatch (95/65)

then: 4-5-6 (round 2)

then: 7-8-9 (round 3)

then: 10-11-12 (round 4)

then: 13-14-15 (round 5)

Notes: The movements will be strict hspu, burpee over bar, power snatch for each subsequent round but the reps increase as given.
