1) The CrossFit Open has come to an end as of yesterday at 5pm. We are so proud of everyone for making the commitment to doing the Open workouts, challenging yourselves to overcome obstacles and forge ahead to learn new movements or complete a movement at a weight you once thought not possible! Keep testing yourself as we program workouts and continually strive to make yourself a better version of all that you envision. Congratulations to everyone!
