1) Come Join us this evening for Friday Night Lights from 4:30pm to 7:00pm! The schedule on Fridays for the next 3 weeks is only different for the evening hours! Our 6am, 7am, 9am and 12:30pm class will run as a structured class where we will lead you through everything to get you ready for the open workouts each week. At night, we will have a heat/schedule list on the whiteboard where you will sign up for a time slot and get yourself prepared before your heat time starts.
2) Yoga has been CANCELLED for this Saturday, March 11th!

etc...continue to add 3 reps every round for 12 minutes
